Christmas Concert 2016

Instructions for 2016 Christmas Concert
December 10, 2016
2:00 pm
BYU Conference Center Auditorium
Sunday Dress
Carol of the Bells and I Wonder As I Wander arrive at 1:20 for a quick run-through.

Parking: Due to construction, there is a change to the patron parking in lot 20, west of the building. Please reference the attached parking map, and adhere to any parking sign instructions.
Referencing the map, the red line marks the construction fence-where there is no patron parking. Conference Center patrons may park in the maroon shaded area where there are approximately 175 parking spaces available closest to the Conference Center. This area is about the first 3 rows of parking spaces.

New Entrance: Because of the construction, the south west area of lot 20 is marked with white banner signs indicating the new entrance points to both the Conference Center and Harman Building.  One entrance is located on the lower level which has a small flight of 12 stairs and a ramp to the Conference Center doors. Once you enter at the lower level, there are interior stairs on the south and north end of the hallway, and the elevator located at the north end of the hallway. The upper level entrance is accessed by taking the outdoor large flight of stairs, walking across the landing and entering in the south doors. Large touch screens are found in these entrances with a listing of scheduled groups and room numbers to help locate your event.
